I hereby release and hold harmless the University of Wisconsin-Madison, its directors, regents/trustees, agents, employees, and the Finance and Investment Society (FIS) for any personal injuries I may sustain as a result of my participation in activities with FIS. This includes both on and off campus activities, social events, field trips, etc.

I hereby agree to assume all risk of injury and loss that may arise as a result of my participation in any events held by FIS and further agree to hold: the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Business, Undergraduate Student Organization Office, FIS, and/or its agents, harmless for any injury or loss that arises as a direct or indirect result of any act or omission of any third party.

I agree to follow the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s policies and procedures including but not limited to Student Organization policies, Student Code of Conduct referred to as UWS 14 (academic conduct), UWS 17 (non-academic conduct), and UWS 18 (conduct on University lands), and FIS policies.
